'Goed groot hotel, junior suite is een mooie ruime kamer met balkon, mooi zwembad, redelijk restaurant. Echter toen wij er waren was het heel erg rustig, ik schat max 3 kamers bezet. Ligt buiten Guatape dichtbij El Penol, daardoor rustige locatie, Guatape heeft is levendiger met diverse restaurantjes en barretjes, met de auto in 10 min bereikbaar vanuit dit hotel.'

'Hotel Heiss is waarschijnlijk een nieuw hotel dat op sommige plekken nog niet helemaal af is. De lobby deed ons denken aan een parkeergarage. De kamer ziet er netjes uit, maar ruikt niet fijn. Onze kamer was zo klein dat we onze koffers niet konden openen. Ook het beddengoed vond ik onprettig aanvoelen. De deuren van andere kamers gaan hard dicht, ook midden in de nacht, waardoor ik steeds wakker werd. Wel aardig is dat er in de minibar een paar snackjes en drankjes liggen, die je gratis mag...

'Nice modern hotel comfortably situated in the El Tesoro shopping centre. Room was nice and clean. bed comfortable. Majority of staff friendly. Good breakfast. However check your bill. Minbar consumption was charged to my bill while I never touched the minibar. In addition the doorman order us a taxi to the airport and he told us a price that was higher than the official rate. '
