The entrance to the Fijne Zomerhuis is located in an alley, just like so many summer houses in Egmond aan Zee. You are immediately in the cozy, modern and practically furnished living room. This is equipped with a comfortable 2-person sofa and wall unit with flat-screen TV. The "bar" near the kitchen that serves as a dining table is very practical. Wonderful place to enjoy together.
The kitchen is simply, yet practically furnished and equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, kettle and Senseo.
 
The small bathroom is located directly near the kitchen on the ground floor. It has a toilet (toilet is behind the door) and shower.
 
You reach the bedroom via the stairs. This is surprisingly decorated with cheerful color styles. The bedroom has a double bed (2 separate mattresses and single duvets), cupboard space and sink with mirror.
 
If the weather is lovely, you can sit outside at the front door in the alley.
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
 
There is no storage room at this house. No space to store your bicycles.
