« This resort was significant to how amazing our snowboarding vacation turned out. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious! It’s true they don’t change items but there were so many choices that it really wasn’t necessary. We looked forward to breakfast and dinners there the entire 4 night stay. « It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable. « Incredibly clean and hygienic place, I’ve stayed there before and loved it! Super close to the ski resort, onsen visit is included, they have storage for your ski/ snowboard equipment as well as free laundry. The showers are amazing as well as the room heaters. I love staying here and I will be returning next year :) might just be an annual trip! They also have a great kitchen setup, along with Beer on draft! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!! 😊 »

« No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating »
