"I was surprised to find this nice place in Eddyville, IA. It looks like a garage on a vacant lot that was transformed into a very nice “hotel suite”. I was there for a class reunion and some of my classmates mentioned they would stay there when visiting if available."

"The room was perfect for our weekend spent visiting family. We had a two room suite and appreciated the extra space. A storm went through the area and lots of people lost power but the hotel didn’t which we were grateful for. It was a hot weekend."

"This was a clean place to unpack and unwind!! Bring food that you’ve already cooked since no stove. But grill and fire pit available. I was able to be at lake by myself with just the birds, bugs, frogs , and God. So thankful for this peaceful retreat!!!! Communication was great ! So appreciative ..."
