Our neighbors have gardens and chickens, so we ask you to please make sure your dog does not run loose, and respect the quiet, rural life while outdoors.

Our fenced yard is not fully secure, so please do not leave your pet in the yard while you are off the property. We cannot be responsible for your dog getting loose. Our neighbors are farmers and do not take kindly to dogs running loose on the island and on their property.

We have neighbors behind our home though the forest obscures the view. They are closer than you think so please be mindful of late night fun in the backyard. Thanks!!

Please turn all exterior lights off when you go to sleep. Be mindful of light pollution and dark skies at night once you are back inside!

The flagstone patio on the west side of the home is a favorite gathering spot. Here you will find a large propane grill with side burner and the handmade wood-fired pizza oven. Wood and instructions are provided, making pizza nights easy and memorable.

The fenced yard surrounds the house on four sides and includes lawns, planted areas, and fruit trees. Surrounded by woodland and birdsong, the property feels peaceful and private while still being close to Eastsound and the golf course.

There is ample on site parking available. A Level 2 EV charger is mounted on the exterior of the freestanding garage for guest use. The garage interior is not included with the rental.

We highly recommend bringing your own vehicle or renting a car once you arrive via ferry. While Orcas Island is walkable in some areas, many of the island’s most scenic spots—like Moran State Park, Cascade Lake, and Turtleback Mountain—are best reached by car.

▪️The driveway gate operates with push buttons on each side of the gate. DO NOT STOP in the swing path of the gate.

▪️Hot tub is for adult use only. Please don't add anything to the water.

▪️We provide wood for the pizza oven. Please read the QR code instructions provided in Guidebook. Thanks!

▪️No guest access to garden, barn, garage interior, or additional acreage with unfenced pond.

DOG GUIDE
▪️A $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog will apply.
▪️Dogs are welcome but must not roam loose. The yard is fenced but not fully secure, so they can find their way out.
▪️Two-dog limit only. No cats or other animal pets.
▪️Dogs MUST NOT be left alone in the house or in the yard while you are off the property.
▪️No dogs on any furniture or bedding
▪️Please trim nails and groom before coming to reduce scratches on wood floors
▪️Please bring your dog's bed and other items to help them relax with familiar scents.

🔹Left Behind Personal Items

Please make sure to check the home carefully before checkout. Any personal items left behind may be returned upon request; however, a minimum $25 handling fee plus the cost of postage will apply. This fee covers the time required to locate, package, and coordinate the shipment of the item.
