'The property is amazing. Great room with full kitchen and space to spread out. Location on the Mad River with fire pits and trails. What a gem!'

'Really great place to stay everything was quiet and peaceful and the staff were friendly and helpful!!'

'The close location to town was a big plus.'

'This place is wonderful. Made to order breakfast was delicious.'

'I seriously don’t understand the fantastic reviews on the place, why I booked in the first place. On the outside and pictures it looks really great like a converted barn, but you’re put in a dump. Nobody answers your messages/ texts and calls. The inkeeper is to busy to properly welcome you. The ceilings are so low it feels like a basement with very small windows. You cannot close the door without (seriously) kicking it hard, you cannot put on the shower without the WHOLE bathroom being wet, and...

'My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Made to order breakfast was amazing. The host Brendan was very helpful. He took out paper maps and made markers to point out places to visit I strongly recommend staying here.'

'Great location and experience!'

'Loved the location. The accommodations were great as well. Would have liked the restaurant to be open.'

'Property is in a really nice setting. Wide open space. Nice variety of snacks. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. Loved that when you go to their internet ir lists options for dining etc.'

'Nice hotel with good breakfast, nice and clean pool and friendly staff.'

'Quaint and spacious room. Staff very helpful!'

'This is the worst hotel I have ever stepped into. I was in and out within 10 minutes, didn't even bring my bag in. The property looks like it's deserted with the unkept mowing, weeding, etc. The front desk area had paperwork strewn all over it. The opening in the wall for a light switch looked like it was punched out instead of cut out. If you want help there is a sign on the front desk that tells you to call a phone number. "Luckily", there was a person working. He was as unprofessional and...

'Check-in was a breeze by email or text. So clean you could eat off the floor. BUT. Time for new mattresses.'

'This is a gorgeous boutique accommodation. It's full of charm and positive vibe. Our room was spacious and delightfully decorated. The cutest kitchenette made breakfast-making a breeze. Valerie is wonderful and extremely friendly. This will now be our go to place in beautiful Vermont. Highly Highly recommended.'

'Everything was excellent, however the bathroom was very tiny. Also had a wasp in the room and the desk clerk didn't think it was a big deal.'
