* This is a private residential community. Please respect our neighbors by refraining from outdoor music and loud noise.
* HOA enforces rules strictly.
* Registration form will be sent upon booking.
* Our driveway can accommodate ~ 6 vehicles
* Strict speed limits within community; violations may result in fines payable by guests.
* If a ticket/citation is issued during the duration of your stay, you and your group WILL be responsible for paying it.
* No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community.
* Pet fee is $40 per pet, per night. Per HOA regulations all dogs must be leashed at all times. Fines begin at $500.00 for non-compliance.
* Trash/recycling must be brought out to the two garbage bins located outside the house (garbage and recycling).
* Guests use amenities at their own risk.
* Please leave the house in the same condition as found
* Please clean up the BBQ after you are done using it, otherwise there is a $30 cleaning fee
* There is a $35 fee for each lost remote control
* No loud music on the outside (please be mindful of our neighbors)
* Maximum amount of guests allowed as per community regulations is 12 (Children under 3 do not count)
* Guests are asked to remove shoes inside to help maintain cleanliness.
* Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
* SMOKING: No smoking inside; if smoking outside, please dispose of waste properly.
* Large groups under 25 years old require an upfront deposit and prior approval.
