'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!!!! First off, it is not a hotel, it is an apartment /studio in NYC, and it is illegal to rent out apartments as air bnb. Secondly, no instructions were sent to me about “check in”, so I went to the address listed on the Expedia listing. There was no such address. I was called by the operator who told me to read the instructions! Since i did not receive any by text or email he had to text me the REAL address of unit, with the instructions on how to get into the...

'Great place to stay as it’s on walking distance from Greenwich Village, Soho and many other places to be on Manhattan. Nice rooms that are simple though comfortable and geared with everything we need. Lobby is nice fitted. '
