« A notebook was provided with every detail about the property imaginable, along with appliance manuals. Property was spacious and comfortable! Just remember to hold the handle up on the exterior door while engaging the deadbolt! Wonderful location to Cellardyke and a quick walk to Anstruther. « We loved our stay at Coastal Cottage! The pictures of this property don't give it justice. We were pleasantly surprised by the layout of the house, and it fit our needs perfectly. The house had all the amenities you would need, it was clean and fresh. There was very little street noise, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. A short 5-minute walk and we were in the town for dining and shopping at the local shops. We also enjoyed the coastal trail and did a nice morning hike to the nearby...

« Such a great location and a beautiful little cabin, spotlessly clean and welcoming. We arrived to the lights on and a welcome drink and chocolates which was very thoughtful. There’s so much to explore - amazing beaches, the nearby castle and of course Drift Cafe which is probably the best cafe I’ve been to. Would highly recommend. »

« Lovely comfortable cottage, on one floor with private garden overlooking the sea. The host provided everything for guests to self cater in a homely setting. Access to the Fife Coastal Path a short walk away, and in a central position set back from the coast road to visit all the local towns and harbours with great local food on offer. Would suit families, walkers, golfers wishing to explore this beautiful part of Fife. Many thanks Jeanette for a really wonderful stay. »

« Fantastic trip to The Weir lodge at Whitekirk Hill! The site facilities are excellent for families and the staff were most welcoming. This was our first trip here, but it certainly will not be our last. Myself, my partner and 2 year old son spent the weekend here and had a great time. Plenty to do for all and the facilities are all emasculate! »

« Jenni and Mark are excellent hosts! Accommodations we're fantastic there were real American size king size beds in the rooms not the usual Scottish/ Irish little tiny king beds. The bathrooms were very modern the room was spacious the breakfast was fabulous they pretty much cook you anything you want from a full Scottish breakfast with eggs and ham and sausage and haggis to all kinds of pastries and cold cereals. They gave excellent recommendations for dinner in the area that were very walkable....

« Beautiful cosy property for 2 we visited in the winter so did not use the garden. Bed very comfy. Very good bathroom with an outstanding shower. « This is a beautiful, clean & cosy apartment. It is on the upper floor with outside stairs. We had everything we needed for a great long weekend away. Not such a good quality for money
"We asked for shampoo and soap and never received it, we bought our own instead. The room was super cold and the air conditionning wasn't working to warm it up. Also the cooling air co did always turn on by midnight so we had to stand up to turn it of again. We catched a cold during our first 2 days in scotland because of it. Breakfast room wasn't that nice and clean. Windows were durty you couldn't see the garden. Glasses from the previous night where still on the terrasse in the morning. Breakfast room was crowded; i was vry hoping for a good english breakfast but the eggs tasted like powder eggs. It wasn't such a good quality for money. I should have lower my standards and expectations, hotels are always very expensive in capitals but it is no garantee fro quality. However the staff was very nice and friendly."

"Nous sommes revenus au Allison apres une premiere experience très positive dans la chambre 3. Cette fois, nous étions dans la chambre 9, plus petite mais confortable. Le seul souci etait principalement le manque de pression pour prendre sa douche. Sinon très bonne adresse et possibilité de laisser ses affaires dans un casier pour visiter la ville gratuitement. "
