'Close to MSU campus and outside the hustle and bustle.'

'This hotel is disgusting. The first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned at all. The second room was “cleaned” but the bathroom hadn’t been touched. There was dried urine all over the bottom of the toilet and on the floor. The floors of the entire room were sticky. I was too afraid to go near the bedding in case of bed bugs. Not only the room but whole building was bad. It smelled, the hallway carpets were dirty, and the walls are so thin. You could hear kids jumping around from the lobby! I...

'Counter and breakfast staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue with evening staff was there was only one person and they seemed to be trying to do a lot of things which took them away from the counter. Had a number of people come to the counter looking for assistance. The counter person would usually show up after a short wait.'

'A blessing. Parking was too damn far away though'

'Clean room, good breakfast, shop nearby'

'Good value for the price'

'Everything was in order'

'Was a really nice stay over 3 nights. Breakfast, although small, was good. However, we did find 2 socks from a previous guest around the room. Also, one VERY HELPFUL recommendation: we had an accessible room because I'm currently on a knee scooter. However, for that room, a door opener button would be very helpful, as the room doors are extremely heavy. If I was in a wheelchair, there's no way I would have had the leverage to open it up. Also, there weren't nearly enough handicap parking spots...

'The room key had to be set every time we left for the day. The toilet had a slow drain leak so it would fill every 30 minutes which was very loud, so we just turned the water off until we used it. The bathroom sink had no hot water, shower was fine. Staff was good and breakfast was great. I would stay here again.'

'My room was nice and the staff was friendly, the tv wasn’t very user friendly when it came to setting up my Xbox'
