'Good location with a pool. If you book riverside, know that it’s a different location than the pool. Staff were ok. Both ice machines were down, with no solution, in the middle of summer. Overall-pool was nice, buildings were up to date, but the service wasn’t impressive.'

'An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags.
The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course.
Looking forward to returning!'

Upon going to our 2nd room, the hallway and room stunk like a cat sprayed.
Shower curtain had mold on the bottom.
Sink, water splashed everywhere due to missing a piece.'

'My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun.'

Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a.
- to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke.
- could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed)
- yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location.
I wouldn’t stay there again.'

'This place was exactly what we needed. We came for a baseball tournament. The staff was amazingly friendly to the whole team. The kids pretty much took over the whole hotel. The pool was great, the location was right off the highway and close to restaurants. For the price this is unbeatable. If you’re coming for any kind of a baseball tournament, you don’t want to spend a boatload of money. This is your spot. They roll out of grill for us and we grilled in the parking lot for two days straight....

'We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!'

'Breakfast was from 7 to 9:30. At 8 am there was hardly anything left.
You do pay extra for dogs which is fine but the rooms should be just as nice as the other rooms. Bathroom was extremely small. Hotel is extremely dated. Carpet in the hallway was filthy.'
