« The beds are small and the room is not even cleaned. We saw wrappers of candies and stiff behind the bed when we moved it to locate our key. And they only give you 3 towels for 4 guests and toiletries that is only good for 1 person and we stayed there for 3 night but no refills. »

« On a été bien servis. Le lit était confortable et la chambre était tranquille. Le déjeuner est très bien et on pouvait quitter à midi. »

« The room was nice the only thing was my room was right by the elevator so it was loud at times. Other than that the hotel is a little dated for the price. »

« The room was not very clean. Throughout the stay (4 nights) they did not come to clean our room once. We had to bring our dirty towels to the office to get them replaced with new towels. When we asked the front staff they told us rooms were cleaned daily- again not accurate, when we asked the second time that staff said rooms were only cleaned on request- they told us ours would be done the next day- it was not cleaned. There was a musty smell to the room. With the $60 deposit I was worried...

« We arrived at 11:30pm on 5/30/2026 after a multitude of issues with a booking at another hotel (A third party booking site had somehow lost our reservation). Please note the time of arrival as it is relevant to the amount of exhaustion and fatigue after driving roughly 8 hours that day: -Immediately upon arrival into the room, the thermostat was set to 77 degrees and took several hours to cool the room. -My teenage daughter needed to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the room. « Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day. »

« Le lieu est magnifique, très bien décoré et entretenu. Les propriétaires sont des personnes extraordinaires, d'une gentillesse extrême, on a plus envie de partir. Le petit déjeuner varié est un vrai régal et ils sont au petits soins pour préparer ce que l'on aime ! Endroit parfait pour se reposer et profiter du calme ! »

« Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton. »
