« Hotel neuf, personnel souriant. Belle piscine et jaccuzi intérieurs. Belle salle de sport. Le buffet du soir est inclus mais il n y a guère de choix pour les végétariens et les plats n étaient pas très bons. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. »

« The beds are small and the room is not even cleaned. We saw wrappers of candies and stiff behind the bed when we moved it to locate our key. And they only give you 3 towels for 4 guests and toiletries that is only good for 1 person and we stayed there for 3 night but no refills. »

« The breakfast was limited to what you could have and they were out of a lot of things, and it wasn’t being refilled in a timely manner. The phones in the rooms to call the front desk doesn’t work. I had to walk down to request for some more towels they were very nice in providing, but yet not letting people know. The phone system doesn’t work. »

« Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton. »

« Very clean and quite place. Only comment: rooms are cleaned every day, soap and towel changed every day which is not necessary. »

« Very nice new looking, clean hotel! Gym was very nice, as well as the pool area. The room had wood like floors. No dirty carpet! »

« It said a room for 7people but there wasn’t enough space for 7 but barely 5 people. The Advertisement is deceiving!!! The sofa bed is very small and can fit only 1 person on it. We ended up booking another room. Thank god there was another room available or else we would have been strangled in this small room. Didn’t even mention there is only 1 bathroom. This was a really bad experience!!! »

« The property looked like other Tru properties where we’ve stayed and the room appeared the same but a closer look showed it’s an older property and the needs some updating. The bed linens were thin, dingy, the pillows smelled a bit and the bed was lumpy, hard and very uncomfortable and should be replaced. We got to the breakfast area at 9:40 but the juice and yogurt machine were both empty and the coffee was weak and that’s usually all we have. The food manager should do better. I definitely...

« Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day. »
