« We had a most enjoyable stay in The Puffling . Really appreciated the bottle of wine , crisps and chocolate on arrival .. what more do you need ! The flat could not have been more dog friendly from a dog bed to food bowls and even towels. Magnus felt right at home and so did we from the minute we stepped through the door. »

« the cottage was very cold on arrival, we were unable to get the heating to work due to a fault, we contacted the number supplied, a plumber came in 30 minutes problem solved. The front door which is a the side, it is very difficult to open and close we got it eventually but does need some adjustment. Everything else was lovely would not stop us from staying again. Than you. »

« A notebook was provided with every detail about the property imaginable, along with appliance manuals. Property was spacious and comfortable! Just remember to hold the handle up on the exterior door while engaging the deadbolt! Wonderful location to Cellardyke and a quick walk to Anstruther. Would’ve liked to had more time to walk the Coastal Path. »

Great view over the harbour and beyond, from a lovely sunset one day to stormy waves crashing on the beach the next day. Really responsive communication from the hosts. »

« My goodness, what to say... the stay at the Ark was FABULOUS! It is a gorgeous apartment with three very comfortable bedrooms and the most amazing view of the Firth of Fourth. I stayed with my husband and in-laws and we absolutely loved it. The place is a quaint seaside apartment/cottage type place that reminds me of the houses we've stay in at the Outer Banks in North Carolina. The neighborhood was quiet and the town of Portobello was so close with wonderful restaurants, shops and grocery...

« The place is lovely, well decorated, clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The location is perfect, bakery, tea room and restaurant are close if you do not arrive too late. There is a wonderful walk on the sea side, on the harbor, you can eat lobsters and crabs. Thank you Viv for this great stay! »

« Beautiful cosy property for 2 we visited in the winter so did not use the garden. Bed very comfy. Very good bathroom with an outstanding shower. Parking to unload so a bit problematic but once unpack we parked further up the hill and was lucky to get a space the evening before leaving. Would recommend especially for 2 people »
