"Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!!"

"The mini split was only in bedroom and did not cool even on high. The only way to cool the living area was with a fan.
