'Property was perfect for us as we were at a concert,so only need a place to sleep,great to have secure parking and secure building,its nothing fancy but for the price its great if you only want a place to sleep.'

'Room had hairs in the sink and the bed. Mould was quite extensive in the bathroom and there was no bins or anything in the room or bathroom.
Staff were all friendly and helpful when asked for things but the room itself was quite poor.'

'The room was clean, but quite small. Sheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was small and the water pressure was very low. The shower also drained very slow. Overall, a good, slightly overpriced, stay. '

'We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue.'

'I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue.
The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.'

'Good experience for the price which was super reasonable. Staff at the location were so helpful. Very secure and in a good location also. Plenty of amenities if needed - gym/laundry room/work space etc. '

'The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you.
This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up...
