'Breakfast was good and room was nice'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'Love this well kept old hotel in the heart of Spokane. Stayed here after a concert one night and it was everything we could want. Amazing shower!!'

'Breakfast at Rosie's was a.azing as well as the girl at the counter. We stayed two night at hotel ruby to see a show across the street at the knitting factory. There were 3 different people at the lobby check in that time and they were all awesome! Rooms are super clean as is the entire building and bar. We had a great stay. We'll definitely be coming back'

I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. 'Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. '

'Great service, friendly staff, convenient restaurant which made me a superb sandwich and serves Starbucks coffee. The room was very clean and quiet and I slept great in the bed. I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. Also, the parking was generous and well lit.'
