« Am giving yhis a very low rateing of 2 stars. I payed £130 for a room breakfast and use of pool. Put on arrival i got told pool and sauna is not included to which i had tp pay exter £10 each. The pool and the spa was cold The steam room stayed on for 5min then went off for 10min as it was on a timer we then had to pay extra for breakfast This is not clealy showing on there site as you pay for just room only. when i booked myself in at the desk the afternoon staff at the desk were very helpful....

« Incredible location close to everything, friendly staff, good value. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with nice views, lots of amenities including kettle, full bath. Llangollen is a beautiful, friendly town with local shops/no franchises. There are wonderful walks along canals to waterfalls, deserted abbeys. »

« A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. « Gavin and Christopher have put a lot of thought into giving you an enjoyable stay at the Manorhaus Ruthin. The rooms are decorated reflecting welsh designs. The dining room has beautiful sculptures. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious with a lot of choice. The coffee was excellent. Overall we had a great week end stay. « It was too cold in this hotel, the heater started at 5 pm and stopped around 9 pm. And then from 6 am until 9 or 10 am, so it wasn't enough for this kind of room in a this kind of hotel with bad insullation, only a simple glass window. The maximum temperature was 14°C. I sleept with pullover !!! And particulary in the shower room with only 12 to 14 °C I will never be in this hotel. »

« Stayed here for work for 2 nights. Everything was, on the whole, good. Staff were mostly helpful, the restaurant was very nice with good food, the room was nice enough and comfortable. If I had to ask the hotel to do better on a few things it would be this: 1. The sinks sit on the table in the bathroom, and hard to clean behind, so it looks like the cleaners just don't bother. Desperately needs a deep clean. 2. Doors and windows in my room didn't lock properly. I did report it, but they...
