'First, the description was accurate and check in was a breeze. David was proactive asking about out arrival times etc, letting us know the space was avaiable early and notified us we could check out late if needed. This property was perfect for us to explore nearby beaches, restaurants and a lovely spot to just hang. We love having the shade on the deck in the morning and watching the stellar sunsets. Highly recommend. '

'Beautiful property right on the beach. The condo had everything you could want for a comfortable stay and the sunsets and overall view of the ocean was magnificent. David, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations, etc. This was our first time to Costa Rica and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. 'We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay!'

'My husband and I had a terrific week at the beautiful Coco Sunset Hills community. Check-in was a breeze, and the guard helped us get settled in. The condo is a perfect get away with a full kitchen and dining area and a comfortable sitting room for relaxing after a long day of adventures. The grounds of the complex are lush and well-kept, and it was a great pleasure to dip into the pool in the evenings after a full day of activities and then step up to the private deck to watch the spectacular...

'My cousins and I stayed here to experience Playa de Coco. This house allowed us to be extremely close to shops and restaraunts. We werent able to use the pool due to the rain. But the area was beautiful! Easy check in process. Definitely recommend this house! '
