We enjoyed our stay at the Polar Hotel. The hotel picked for its listing feature "Full-service spa" which unfortunately was not working on arrival. Stronlgy recommend all the travelers to double check with the hotel personale for the hotel listed facilities if everything is in working condition. If any renovations are in place that may affect any of the listed facilities operation. Overall the staff was very friendly we have had a great / good range served breakfast provided. Very warm heart atmosfear and tidy rooms.

Location of the hotel was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Rooms were reasonable clean, but everything in this hotel slowly falls apart. Beds were were uncomfortable, and every time I turned I felt like I was falling down. Small window in bathroom wouldn't close and birds would poop inside, leaving bathroom smelling horrible. Breakfast was passable. Pool in pictures looked nice, but in reality is very small. Spa takes forever to heat up, planks are uneven and have nails sticking out. Jacuzzi doesn't work. I would never again choose this hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Sitora. She was able to arrange private taxi for us from Samarqand to Tashkent airport, since we were leaving at 6am- she even arranged lunchpacks for the four of us to have on our journey. The hotel looks and feels very luxurious, extremely large spacious rooms and the biggest shower space i have seen in any hotel! Constantly being cleaned. I would still book this hotel again but some things for management to improve: * The breakfast area need some oversight- items run out without being replaced, no black tea. Loose tea option but teapots all run out too so cant use the loose tea! Serves ham so as muslims we were worried about contamination as they were using the same egg pan for all omelettes with ham option too. Breakfast area staff not as happy to help as rest of the hotel staff. * hotel looks new but fixtures and fittings coming loose, door handles loose, but any issues are sorted out fast. I wouldnt let this stop me staying here again

立地、サウナ、プールが良かったです。ホテルの前はバス停があり、シャーヒ・ズィンダ廟群、ビビ・ハニム・モスク、シヨブバザール、ウルグベク天文台にバスで行けます。レギスタン広場やグーリ・アミール廟まで徒歩圏内なのでとても楽しめました。また、スパが無料でサマルカンドでサウナに入れるとは思いませんでした。そして、今回は1番広いお部屋にしていただき、十分過ぎるホテルライフでした！歴史あるホテルで設備は少し古いですが、困ることはなかったです。
