« We were greeted with a very warm welcome. The directions to the house were easy to find. Nice neighborhood. Friendly staff and they were available to answer any questions. « Awesome trip to Victoria Falls, we crammed in just everything on offer during our stay, Villa was great, clean, spacious and secure. You need a car to get about but we preferred location as it was quieter at night. Would book again for sure. Helicopter trip, Victoria falls and hewange national park were highlight. »

"This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. "
