« Troutbeck did not disappoint. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It was cold in the evenings and mornings but the rooms had electric heating pads to make the beds warm and comfy. The big hearth fires were a nice place relax. Good menu selections and breakfast buffet. »

« The location and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. If you are looking for time out, this is the place to stay, amazing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Menu options were good and prices not bad. Will definitely stay here again and bring family and friends. Recommend the hotel updates its website pictures, there is so much more to show. Please improve the instructions hiking and mountain climbing. »

« It was our second time. The chalets are very nice. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The restaurant offered good menu options. »

« Very unique decor and friendly staff. Came in early evening and left early morning without taking breakfast. Well recommended if you can manage to sleep with highway next to you. We liked the views especially sunrise! »

« The property is beautifully situated with a lovely view and is potentially very tranquil and peaceful. Unfortunately guests from the neighbouring room disturbed us by appearing frequently on our balcony right outside of our windows. Perhaps it would be prudent to request visitors not to disturb other guests but to stay within the areas which they have paid for and/or public areas on the property. Apart from this issue we had a very pleasant stay and would visit again. »
