« Excellent lakeside view. True peace and quiet. Courteous and friendly owners who respond to messaging extremely fast. 30 minutes from the Canadian border in Lubec with some stunning vistas. We travelled here from NJ for Halloween weekend in late October 2025, and the trees were turning and changing colors all along the drive up, and all throughout Maine. Cozy cabin vibes and an easy to use fireplace with plenty of firewood. Highly recommended. »

« From the road it looked like i was in the wrong place, could not see that the driveway goes back from the road and the cabin is further in. The TV is kind of in a weird spot, off to the right of the couch, i understand because of cabin design its difficult. Otherwise very clean, and everything i needed was there. comfortable, in a nice area. »

« Great place to get away from it all. Remote and stunningly beautiful. Great amenities for enjoying the outdoors. Loved the firepit at night, eating outdoors, and the closeness to the water. Loved exploring the bay area at low tide finding sea creatures. Contact Captain Matt's for getting good deals on fresh lobster. The cabin fit my family of 10 great. We hope to come back again. »

Kitchen even has spices, oils, and vinegar.It was warm. Nights are magnificent there. And waling up to the raising sun over ocean is the best part of it. »
