'This was a first for me, I had never stayed in a B&B before. The breakfast was great. I did like you had an option of the room with a bathroom and one without. I’m glad we picked the one with because on the second night someone was in the other room and they were noisy and dropping a lot of items on the floor and shutting the door loudly. I will not score this B&B low because it’s not their fault. This is a lovely place if you like B&B. Thanks for the experience. '

'If you want an experience like a cabin at Baxter State Park, but can't get a reservation, this is your place. Not for the hiking, but for the woods, remoteness, woodfires, sitting on the porch, Loons,reading a book,canoeing, sunsets, fresh air, escape.'
