'Great place with ample room for our large party of 15 to celebrate the holidays! Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Only opportunity for improvement would be to increase kitchen stock items (plates glasses bowls utensils etc) and add another bathroom. Thanks for a great stay! '

'The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)'

'Access to our room was difficult. There was a paved path from the parking lot to exterior wooden steps up to the outside door. It took several tries to get the keycard reader to work. Once inside, there was another flight of stairs to get to our floor. When we got to our room, the card key did not work. 'Junibelle was so lovely and helpful. She was quick when checking in and helping me figure out the error with my reservation. Expedia & online suggested there was a hot-tub which was a big reason why i booked and it was not working which was a bummer.'

'The front desk staff, was nice, but overworked. The room and bathroom were very unclean. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and dust the room. The walls, door facing, floors had not been cleaned. The carpet was filthy. The tub and shower walls were filthy. The staff was apologetic; but after scrubbing the tub and toilet to make a four-night stay bearable, I didn’t want the housekeeper in the room to do anything. 'Letterlijk resten van “nummer 2” in het toilet. De kamer werd wel verwisseld na 15 minuten wachten bij de balie. Het tapijt is duidelijk maanden dan geen jaren gereinigd, meubelen zijn oud en versleten, douche gordijn hing er duidelijk ook al langere tijd en was smerig. De kamer waarin wij verbleven heeft een goede grondige schoonmaak beurt nodig'
