'I very satisfied'

'The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)'

'I asked to skip House keeping one day and they skipped the entire 3 day stay instead. I called and asked, they said they would send someone but it didn’t happen. Air con in rooms sounds like a freight train is coming through. Walks are thin, could hear someone’s TV blaring in another room. Food is mediocre. Rooms are cool, pool is a nice amenity but it’s not an earth shattering experience. Front desk staff was helpful with a few requests I made. Served its purpose.'

'The hallways smell like pot and mould, I could see butts under the bed and burn marks on the rug. Housekeeping never came to clean the room or pickup garbage while I stayed there. Its an old property with no restaurant or any amenities including fitness or laundry that work. on the plus side its cheap, the internet connection is great and the AC in my room worked well. there is enough parking but the parking lot is riddled with potholes.'

'The property was in a great location for me, we were checked in with ease, and your front desk person was very helpful with our questions. The facility was clean and well maintained as we walked through. The room was updated and clean and overall plenty comfortable for us. We will be back again.'

'The property was fine, but the cleaning staff was incredibly loud for over 2 hours in my hallway even asking multiple times to quit letting the doors slam, etc. They took my used towels but didn’t put clean ones back. I asked cleaning person for some wash cloths and she said they had none. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more. The cleaning staff needs to be more aware of people in their rooms.'
