'We arrived at the hotel but decided not to stay. We were hoping for an intimate/up market/select stay to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Expedia (and the hotel) were helpful in allowing us to cancel the booking with full refund. Thank you. Please note that the hotel and restaurants can be very busy - this was off-season but the hotel was packed with Conference guests … we were told they stay 6 guests to an apartment. This is not high end although has facilities to cater for large numbers...

Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. The lymphatic and deep tissue massages we had at the ocean spa were amazing! Thank you '

'Internet no quarto era muito fraca. TV não sintonizava. Elevador lento gerou muita espera. Funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. Hotel limpo e muito bem localizado. '

'Fijn hotel aan de rand van het centrum. Genoeg restaurants op de hoek. Het is natuurlijk geen boutique hotel, maar schoon en met prima ontbijt. En met beleefde en ontzettend aardige medewerkers. '
