'The Great Pyrenees dog, Dalí, greeting me at my car wagging his tail and walked me to the door. The receptionist was efficient, funny and super helpful. The hotel arranged a great horse ride for me and recommended a fantastic hot springs. Aldo they washed and folded a load of laundry for me. The breakfast is huge and very good. The people are warm and laid back. The building and view of the lake are phenomenal. The bathrooms big and modern. The pool is pretty big it was winter so I didn’t swim...

'We loved it! The cabin was the perfect mix of cozy and rustic, while being very clean and up-to-date. We loved getting the breakfast and having a view of the volcano. Christian was incredibly helpful to us in figuring out our plans. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend.'

'The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great. Very helpful with booking tours and advising about the area. All in all very good value for money. The only thing we didn't particularly like is that we had to move rooms for our third night.'
