They stored our excess luggage for one week while we were hiking, and let us leave the luggage and packs on checkout for a few hours so we could enjoy the town a few more hours on foot. « I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. »

« La cabana Lago Tyndall était très bien équipée et la réceptionniste très agréable. Dommage que les prix aux alentours soient si chers( restaurants et bars) car le lieu incite à rester plus longtemps. Problème majeur aussi .Il n'y a aucune station d'essence dans le parc ni un bureau de change .Il y a une superette qui en fin de journée n' a même plus d'eau plate. Cela n'encourage pas à rester non plus. »

« Pros: Nicely appointed, good heating, lots of daylight, kitchen with lots of utensils Cons: Tepid shower, terrible wifi, leaky plumbing in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet all the time. We stayed 4 days, the place was never cleaned. I had to take out the trash myself and find the maid to for toilet paper. »

« A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? NEVER go back to that place and I don’t understand how Expedia doesn’t check the quality of those places or un least you can demand some levels or standards too meet to get the right...
