« Although I had booked a room for one night, I couldn't stay there: a bad storm hit the island few days before we arrive and the generator broke down. Nonetheless, the driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the hotel I was rebooked at. It was very good and no surprise with the price. Excellent customer service despite the situation they had to go through. Will definitely give it a try again. »

« Resort is new and modern. Rooms spacious and views fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside is that is didn’t cater for English speakers. All tourist info was in mandarin. It is a fair way from the main town but good too explore the north of Palau »

« We loved our stay at Sea Passion Hotel. The staff (especially the young ladies at reception) were always friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Our room was large, with two big, comfortable beds. The ocean view is a little spoilt by the main road, but when our shower wasn’t getting hot on the first day this was fixed very quickly. The beach attached to the hotel is small but lovely, with quite good snorkelling around to the right. Breakfast was an unusual mix of buffet options (at least to...

« The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable. »
