« overall it was a good stay. Hotel is a bit aged, but fully functional and absolutely fine. We had two rooms for a week in early February and will probably come back again. « This is a great, almost brand new, hotel with good spa facilities. It sits in spectacular location with great views of the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good in quality and variety. The only negative is that the hotel name implies a focus on medical spa facilities, hence we expected a quiet spa-like environment. This is not the case - it's a family focused hotel with a lot of children running around and creating noise. Also, there was no enforcement of any rules...

« A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking. »

« Great stay at Davids apartment. It is a single large room with 2 single beds, a kettle, toaster, fridge and two ring hob. A good size bathroom and really warm and cozy! Perfect location for both the main ski slopes and a short walk down the hill to the gondola. (Not sure if this helps, but I used ski strap/carrier for the walk down and back up at the end of the day and I found that made lugging skis a lot less hassle! ). Hoping to be back again next year! »
