« The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the pedestrianized old town (Haut Ville), but faces towards a convenient transit hub for buses and trams. Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor. We were given good information for accessing the apartment (self check-in) and how things operated. We would recommend this apartment. »

« DO NOT BE DECEIVED by what's posted on the website ( in my case Expedia). The pictures posted are great but in reality it's TERRIBLE. Floors are squeaking. Toilet and bathroom and kitchen are common to other guests next door or even from guests upstairs. They have a rule if someone makes a mess in the kitchen, they could charge you big money for cleaning fee, my question was, what if the next door neighbor made a mess, who are they going charge? They also have a rule, if you make stains...

« This was a VRBO. Room was fine. Communication was good. Three complaints. 1. Parking, don’t go there if you have vehicle. It’s very difficult. There was a parking garage I found just .2 miles from spot. The host could not give any address where to park . Just sent me apps. To find on my own. City had many roads closed to construction. Couldn’t get even close to the street. Said street parking all around. Not what I found to be accurate. 2. We only booked this because it...

« The apartment was in a great location close to bus & tram stops. After a day of touring the city, the balcony was the perfect place to relax and still take in the views (and morning coffee on the balcony was also great)! The apartment was managed by ARCA Properties and they were great to deal with. They were quick to respond to my inquires and would even follow up to ensure everything went smooth. I would definitely rent this apartment again! »

« I liked the video information very much. I suggest you add a video detailing how exactly to use the clothes washing machine. Such a video was not provided and I could not find the exact model on You Tube for adequate help. Specifically, how to turn off the timer/delay button on R-side panel. When we arrived at the apartment, that time was blinking at 3:00. I suggest making the video similar to how you made directions for using the dish washer in kitchen. »
