'Beautiful hotel and amazing front desk staff. We had a cleanliness issue in the room, which took two days to resolve. The front desk staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make sure it was taken care of. The pool area was better than the picture. I highly recommend this hotel. '

'This is a great little hotel right in downtown Kelowna. Everything was very clean nicely appointed cheerful colors. Great price.Rooms are basically furnished but definitely have everything you need. There was a fridge but no tea or coffee capability but that’s available in the lobby anyway. It’s a great place to stay with dogs because there is a park just across the road and also an enclosed dog exercise area. Fabulous location. My only negative comment is that the window was sealed shut so...
