'Wordt aangegeven voor VIP accommodatie. Echter bij aankomst werd de kamer nog gecontroleerd (de 2uur eerder inchecken was dus nooit gelukt), upgrade kregen we een mail de dag ervoor (mocht voor 20 jod per nacht extra), extra laat uitchecken kon pas op de dag zelf worden bekeken. De extra kortingen was ook wat overleg voor nodig om deze alsnog te krijgen. Verder een mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant prima kwaliteit voor een goede prijs. Kamer net, goed bed en ruime/warme...

'It would be difficult I think to find anything offensive about this property and in the unlikely event you did I suspect they would clear it up before you even could finish noting it. This place is fantastic. The space, the amenities, the felling of security, the location for what we were after, and most of all by the staff who make this a luxurious and sophisticated stay that is still oddly comfortable. I don’t often stay in Four Seasons. But if they were all like this I might. Wonderful...

'The Landmark is a five star and first rate hotel with excellent service which goes over and beyond their responsibility. Our stay was amazingly comfortable and even when we had some special requests, they were fulfilled for us without any hassle or cost (for instance, a very late check-out due to a late flight). Thank you and we will definitely come back!'
