'I was overwhelmed with the nice big appartment, especially considering the price. But the hotel lacked in a few details; the internet in the rooms didn't work well, and they were sort of unhelpful when I asked if I could shower and change clothes in the pool area at 6 PM as I had a late flight out of Colombo they said it was impossible as I was not allowed in the building after check out time. This sort of strict/burocratic reasoning means they loose a few points. Also the area around the hotel...

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable, and the cleanliness and hygiene were clearly of a high standard.
