'Sri Lankan Villa was one of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka, and the cleanest. Everything in the villa had been thought through, and our stay was so comfortable and easy. Lovely balcony too for relaxing. The location was perfect - close to Koggala lake, the beach, our favourite little Café Wave (try the hot lava cake), the railway line, and even the little road the villa was on was quiet and good for an evening wander. Highly recommended.'

'A nice hidden spot near the railway station with fleeting views of the beach, friendly staff and access to the gym next door. It’s a reasonable walk to Turtle Bay, but the main restaurants/bars are approximately 15 min walk away. BUT, a Tuktuk is like £1 (GBP) so very reasonable. A great stay overall.'

'The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day.'

'Ik vond de staf vrienden en behulp zaam. Apartement was schoon en schone handoeken elke dag en werd ook schoongemaakt.en ruim.Was machine om je kleren te wassen. Apartment was dichtbij van de stad (stad). Minder 1 kamer had niet altijd warm water.'

'Excellently appointed room and ensuite bathroom for the price. The location is quiet and only about 10 minutes walk from the train/bus stations and cricket ground. The staff are friendly. I can highly commend Coco House.'
