« Hôtel vieillot dans son jus d’une autre époque !! Mal vieilli ! A rénover totalement!! Bruyant !! Cuisine à disposition inutilisable car très sale !! Assiette oubliée dans le micro-ondes avec des reliefs de pâtes !! A fuir !! »

« The studio is a converted container and looks deceiving as inside it is well decked out , clean and warm and well appointed. Jan and Bill are lovely people and couldn't have done any more for us. The view was fab too. Well worth a visit. »

« Location ideal for Hobbiton and Sanctuary Mountain. Accomodation itself simple and comfortable, clean, equipped kitchen, spa nice, great communication with host and clear instructions. Overall a great stay for our family of four. »

« Lovely house, and it was exactly as per the listing, with no unexpected surprises. Alby was a great host too. Loved the bed in the master bedroom, which was super comfy. Also great to have full sized dining table on the covered deck at the front, meaning you could dine outside (and watch the world go by) even when it was raining. »

« The place was great! The hosts were very nice and responsive to our messages. The location is beautiful, and the hot tub is wonderful!The little touches were very nice! The waffles, bacon, and fresh fruit provided for breakfast were delicious. Also a short drive over to Hobbiton, which made it an excellent spot if you’re also heading that way. »

« We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back. »
