'Room was great. I've stayed in places for over double the price and they reeked of cheap cleaning products. This place was clean and had a neutral smell. Owners were helpful and sorted out any problems I raised. The building is an experience in it's self. Would definitely come back if I'm able too.'

'One of the best places we've stayed at, ever! Beautiful setting, lots of extra touches, and plenty of space. Fresh bread and a chilled bottle of prosecco greeted us, along with generous breakfast items in the huge fridge. The hot tub was heavenly and the shower is excellent (as is the bath tub). The curtains blocked the light nicely in the mornings, but then we could enjoy the huge windows and lovely views. Thank you for a great stay. '

'The place was great! The hosts were very nice and responsive to our messages. The location is beautiful, and the hot tub is wonderful!The little touches were very nice! The waffles, bacon, and fresh fruit provided for breakfast were delicious. Also a short drive over to Hobbiton, which made it an excellent spot if you’re also heading that way. '

'We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back.'

'The area is quiet, and semi-rural, with easy access off the main road. The unit was clean and presentable, but dated, the unit needs some money spent on the property, and furnishings. The staff was kind and courteous, accommodating with requests. I do wish that some milk had been put in the unit, along with a hand towel, and facecloth. '

'The breakfast room is to small when traveling groups use it at the same time. The rooms are clean. Housekeeping is okay. We used the pool and the heated pool. Comfortable. '
