« The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged. Smelt really bad in the room. Balcony outside extremely dangerous and broken. Floor uneven. No lights in the dark. Extremely noisy. Beds uncomfortable. Stains on sheets. Dust and dirt every where. The towels didn’t smell clean. Extremely unhappy. I didn’t take hardly any photos to proved as I’m sure the staff know. »

« Chambre au 3eme etage sous les toits, tres chaude. La fenetre ancienne, ne s'ouvre que sur 3 cm, impossibilité d'aérer la chambre. Bonne situation, parking payant a proximite. »

« Emplacement superbe. Chambre vaste,un peu vieillotte. »

« Tres bel endroit »

« Enjoyable stay at what is perhaps best described as a fantastic restaurant with rooms. The restaurant overlooks the water and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However our room was landside, with only a view of Irsha Street. Although small, the room and facilities were excellent. Fresh milk in the fridge is always much appreciated by us tea drinkers. »

« Everything the hotel lacked wss completely made up by the excellent service offered by Margueite. Thank you for your efforts and understanding. »

« Hotel très agréable, avec un bon restaurant j'y suis allé 2 fois et toujours aussi bien je le recommande »

« Très bon hôtel, convient parfaitement. Pas de mauvaise surprise, fidèle à l’attente. Merci pour le service. »

« Excellent quality product, Parking, Sea View, Very clean and everything your need for a stay away.. »

« **Disappointing stay, particularly for an elderly guest** We booked a two\-night stay based on the hotel’s excellent 8\.8 rating on Expedia, but unfortunately our experience fell well short of expectations\. On arrival, reception was unattended and our keys had been left on the desk. Staffing was extremely limited, the dining room was cold and we had to eat in the adjoining pub instead. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very cold, with the hotel heating switched off despite the cold...

« L ascenseur en panne et pas de pression d eau dans la douche. Pour le prix, c'est un peu dommage »

« Très bon séjour. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Je recommande. »

« The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere. Otherwise, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean and big enough. The breakfast offers quite a variety of food. »
