'Unfortunately there was a lot of water stain on the roof of the cabin we stayed in and you could tell it was pretty old with a terribly patched up hole in the bathroom. The facilities at the park were amazing however and the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when the key broke off in the door. '

'Overnight stay was excellent - we used as a jump off point to Monarto Zoo which is 30 minutes drive. Strathalbyn is a beautiful town. Victoria Hotel is perfectly placed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. We had our son and booked a room for 3. Often places don't prepare the spare bed but these guys were organised and did prepare the extra bed which was greatly appreciated. Staff were friendly at check in and out.'

'Longview is what you call a hidden gem. Let's start with the basics. Rooms are spacious. Have a full equipped kitchen. Wifi is free. Room comes with breakfast which is already in the room upon arrival. Egs, bread,Orange Juice, bacon, cheese, milk, cereal, tomatoes. Selection of tea and coffee for in a french press. 'Loved the homely touches with the beautiful crockery and furniture around the house. Close to the town centre. Mattress was a little firm for our liking and extra milk for the continental breakfast would have been nice. Otherwise a lovely place to stay! '

Spa was great however was a bit over full. Courtyard was wonderful with outside chairs and table. This is a great place for a couples getaway. Right there in the Main Street close to everything.'
