« Communication was always quick and received well. The house was as described. It was immaculately clean inside, the decor was warm and welcoming. The couches were comfortable as were all the beds! The living space was great, enough room for a family to be together comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and well maintained. The host has a pantry stocked with small items you may have forgotten that are for sale. It is a very nice touch. We stayed here to...

I totally did not read enough regarding this property and realized when I got there. There was nothing to cook on, but it does say that in the description.I just happened to miss it. But she was very kind and understanding. Place was clean and quiet, lots of sweet metal animals. Rabbits, deer, birds. It's very relaxing. »

« Overall, this was a great little home base to explore the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. It was perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Grass Valley, including shops and restaurants. The area seemed safe, clean, and the neighbors were friendly with us. We loved how the Treetop Loft included a kitchen, laundry, and beyond. That seems perfect for people that like to be outdoors or if you wanted to cook to save some money. Pros: Great location, fair price,...
