'Amenities are excellent. Front guard gate staff were very kind, helpful. Check in was easy. We had several issues in our room, brought them to the attention of the front desk 4 times throughout 2 days. Each time it appeared that we were bothering them with no action taken. 'Didn't entirely love the location because it wasn't walking distance from the downtown, but this place is great and a short Uber or Lyft (~$8-12) ride from basically everything. The room, bed, and amenities were so comfy, and I think my shower has the best water pressure I've ever experienced anywhere! I'd stay here again.'

'Everything was perfect except the toilet seat would not stay up. This was a pain. Late at night I would go do #1 and the seat would fall on its own creating a mess. The lack of breakfast was also inconvenient. Nearby places were crowded but due to lack of help in kitchens and servers, it would take over an hour to eat anywhere.'
