« My room was big and clean. But entering the floor that goes to the room, the stairwell which was outside the building had trash and was not kept clean at all. Entering the hallway to my room there were like five huge bay windows. The first window obviously had tremendous signs of break-in where the screen was pulled away. The window was broken. The mini blind was filthy beyond words and broken. The second window it was open, and I could not lock it. All the mini blinds were torn and hanging and...

« The staff was nice. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room was horrible and did not cool. You could barely feel the air coming out. Walking to our room was a bit sketchy. People standing around smoking. Looked like there were more people than the occupancy allowed in some of the outdoor rooms. Room doors were open I suppose due to the air conditioners not working properly. »

« Staff was nice. Room was in need of repair and cleaning. Walls were stained and peeling. Couch had stains as did the pillow. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Our friends 4th floor room had barely any shower water pressure the would shower in our room. Other than that it was good. »

« Warning! Do not stay here. We checked in on a Friday and had to quick change and go to an event we came into town for. When we walked in the room there was an overwhelming heavy smell of cleaner. Thought maybe it was just because they cleaned the room. Nope, we came back 3 hours later and the room still had the smell. It was making me cough, it was so strong. Went to take a shower before getting into bed, looked up at the ceiling while shampooing my hair and the whole ceiling had black mold, all...

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »
