« We checked in and when we got to the room, we were going to put soda and snacks in mini frig. The mini frig was froze over and had a bad odor. The gentleman at the front desk changed our room and upgraded our room. Room was very clean and comfortable. If you have the option, get the queen suite. Really nice setup. Staff was great. Breakfast was just ok. Over all the room and stay was well worth the price. We will definitely stay there again when in the area. »

« The breakfast at this hotel was so delicious with oatmeal, waffles, fresh bagels and a varoety of toppings. They also have eggs, sausage and potatoes.
This is a beautiful location, quiet and SO CLEAN. The staff were always kind and helpful. »

« Hôtel un peu vieillot, surtout le hall d’entrée.
Au bord d’une rue en travaux, mais malgré tout notre chambre donnant sur le parking était assez calme.
Salle de sport ridiculement petite ; grande comme un placard et seulement 2 appareils (vélo elliptique et tapis de marche si je me rappelle bien). On n’a pas testé la piscine.
La chambre était très grande et la salle de bain pratique, car douche et WC étaient séparés du lavabo.
Petit-déjeuner buffet pas très varié ni très fourni, mais correct....

« I realized at some point in the evening the over night oximetry machine I had from the Mayo Clinic was missing. Assuming I forgot it on the hotel shuttle I went to the front desk in a panic. The lack of concern from the desk attendant was quite disappointing. Knowing she could have made a quick call to the shuttle driver she kept insisting the best she could do was wait until he returned. I checked back twice and she was rude acted irritated I came back. She wasn't helpful at all. »
