'This is a true gem. Old but updated cabin so you get the best of both worlds. The kids had a blast and this was awesome to have family members out for a day without houses and people right next to you. Storm came through...a bog was floating towards the island. The kids thought that was pretty cool. We will definately be back!'

'Beautiful home. Crystal clear water. My only complaint is the bugs/mosquitoes. You can’t really enjoy the beautiful deck or the hammocks. Maybe if they sprayed? Either way so much to do in that area. Amazing host! Thank you we hope to be back. '

'The photos? Sure, they look decent — but they’re taken at just the right angles and just the right lighting to hide the reality. The place is dated, dark, and dingy. What you see online is NOT what you get in person. Upon arrival, we were never sent check-in instructions. We had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes just to figure out how to get in — standing in the heat with our bags like lost tourists. Inside? A sauna. No air conditioning, no fans, no airflow whatsoever. It was like trying...
