'We checked in our room and there was a dirty rag left in top of the toilet. Leftover food from a previous guest was also still in the room. There was no smoke detector as it had been pulled off and the wires left exposed. The bed was badly stained as well. We left after only two hours and were not refunded. We paid $180 for one night and it was not suitable to stay in. Very disappointed that management would not refund our money for a room that should never have been rented in its condition.'

'Booked for my daughter and her family and upon arrival, they were told they weren’t even supposed to be able to book this place as it’s for long term stays only. The area is a little shady, it’s noisy outside, and the pool wasn’t in use. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all!'

'The only good things I can say are #1 the lady working the front desk tried to accommodate us by giving us a different room. #2 the AC and TV worked. #3 the lady gave us a refund so we could go somewhere else. The pictures you see must be from when it was brand new. 'Upon arrival, there wasn’t anyone at the desk, when she finally made her way to the desk, check in was fine, not great, not really friendly but not rude either. Not a lot of parking since there were multiple utility trucks taking up the front parking. Due to the data centers they have inflated the room prices for subpar rooms, bathroom was dirty, found tape on the shower wall… bed was fine but top blanket was dirty with visible stains on it. 'Erg vriendelijk personeel. Gebouw is wel wat vervallen en de kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het ruikt in de kamer ook een beetje muf. De wifi is wel erg goed. Als het regent is er enorm veel herrie dus neem dan je oordoppen mee.'

'The room was clean and had no bugs. But when we arrived, our room had no soap and only one thin bath towel. The door was warped, and the deadbolt was very difficult to latch. The AC unit was noisy and looked like coffee had spilled on it. To top things off, it is hard to get into because it faces a one way street and the neighborhood is not great. My wife did not feel safe.'

'The room was small but it was great. It smelled nice, it was clean, and updated. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but it was better than several places that I had paid more to stay at.'
