« Perfect location for dinner and wineries. Only complaint is the floors in the apartment and around the building were dirty »

« We loved this property. It was perfect for the two of us and our two small dogs. The property was the cleanest pet friendly place we have ever stayed. It is conveniently located to the touristy places we wanted to visit. The hosts, Betty and Jerry, were very friendly. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations. The property had everything that we needed from free WIFI to excellent parking to any forgotten toiletries. We highly recommend this property! »

« great location. a few blocks from main street where all the highlights of town are »

« Beautiful cabin, fabulous scenery, easy check in! Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come again sometime and spend more time. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« The space was clean and tidy and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It made for a comfortable weekend stay as all of downtown was within walking distance. I had come for hiking so I was not around too much but the space had everything I needed, including parking in front of the home. If you are looking for something super high end this is not for you. It is comfortable, down-to-earth, and cute. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the property and there is a large step...

« Nice small cottage built in 1930. Great decor. »

« Everything was wonderful. Coming into a beautiful little home that was quaint And cozy, and have a decorated for Halloween with a few decorations was quite a surprise. It reminded you that you are headed into the fall season. The basket of treats was a welcomed gift and the water left in the refrigerator was extremely unexpected. We are both in our 70s and enjoy traveling and seeing a tiny home. This home gave us an idea of what we might be looking for in the future, however in a warmer climate...

« The perfect get away. »

« Very cute, exactly as pictured. Place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. »

« I have stayed in a lot of different homes and can't always give a 5 star rating but this homes deserves more than 5 stars. The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and Betty would check to see if we needed anything. We sat out on the carport watching the rain and storm and it was BEAUTIFUL. I would absolutely recommend this home to my family and friends. I will be going back down to Mount Airy and will plan my trip to stay here again. »

« I loved staying at this cabin for my Elkin visit. It’s located about 17 minutes from downtown, and I was able to enjoy beautiful hikes each morning. It is so calm and serene, and I will definitely be back. »

« Great »

« Overall, the property was quite nice! We wished the hot water lasted a bit longer and that the curtains kept the rooms a bit darker but overall, it was nice. If you’re looking for a good spot to set up while you tour wineries in the area, this is a great choice! »

« Everything was wonderful ! »

« Such a cute tiny house set in the most relaxing location. Loved our weekend stay! »

« Pros: Cabin was located in a quiet area. The views are great both in the morning and nighttime. I really liked the ladder as the access point to the bedroom. There was a nice full size kitchen with ample eatery space, dishware, food seasoning, keurig refills, and cleaning supplies. Cons: We decided to use the oven to make dinner, but upon using it the fire alarm sensor kept going off even without smoke. After looking, we noticed that the oven was dirty and there was burned food on the bottom....

« A great house close enough to town to walk to most everything. The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this property. »

« We loved this cottage. Perfect location, awesome host, comfortable, clean and cozy. We would certainly stay here again. »

« We needed a 1 level home for a getaway to visit one of our favorite vineyards, Jolo, which was only 3 minutes away. I was on crutches with a broken ankle, and this home met my needs perfectly. Clear access to all areas if the home. A perk--when we arrived, there was a deer in the backyard--such a beautifully peaceful setting! »
