'Very clean. Found several long blond hairs on the entry floor to the room. I’m certain they were trapped by the mop and left unintentionally. Still an excellent rate!'

'We chose this property because it is pet friendly and were pleased with the ample space to walk our dog, and the fact that they were able to give us a first floor room as requested. A slight hiccup with the room in that the heat worked only in the bedroom. We did report it to the desk and they offered to move us, but we would have lost the first floor room. Note to self - check to make sure everything works before settling in! Overall the property was what we were looking for. '

'The room was a handicap room. Didn't ask for it, but it was nice. Did laundry and 0nly 2 machines were working out of 4. The washer was awful and the dryer looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. It was an OK stay.'

'Well where do I begin, the kitchen was not equipped to cook meals. We had to purchase pots and pans to allow us to cook meals. There were no plates, very little silverware and overall, The place was dirty. The bedroom next to laundry had a broken bed. There was only about 5 gallons worth of hot water. The trash was not picked up and we were there a week. There was only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for a weeklong stay. There were no trash bags except the one in the can. There were no...
