'Room was a nice size, but it was loud and the bed were not very firm (they sank in the middle). The shower was not very warm, it was cold and the breakfast was not very good.'

'The first room wasn’t prepped and the door was broken. In the second room the floor was dirty, the bath towels were ragged with large holes and the vent fan was inoperative and hanging by a screw. The breakfast appeared to be good. The outside was a gathering place for teens and twenties. Definitely not worth the exhorbative rate.'

'Staff was great. However, we have never encountered the “Breakfast in Bed” concept where you cook your own (frozen biscuits and/or burritos) in the room. Even the fruit and cereal has to be preordered and prepaid the night before. Folks may like this concept but we prefer even a basic, simple continental breakfast that’s included in the price. 'My friend and I expected a good experience when we walked in the door: the space was nicely laid out and furnishings were comfortable. What we got was: No way to turn on AC in one room due to a missing remote, and it was 90 degrees out, and we were too short to see if we could manually turn it on. (In-house guidebook said use the remote.) Damp second bath towel in the bathroom closet required us to have to search for dry bath towels in other rooms. 'When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...
