'It was good. Bed comfy. Need a bit more cleaning in rooms. Carpet in elevator needs replaced'

'The only problem I had with the room was that the TV wasn't working properly. I called the front desk, but with only one staff member on duty, the TV still wasn't fixed. 'Bed bugs on the rooms 107'

'Staff was great.'

'A place to sleep pretty rough'

'We had 2 cockroaches in our room we had to kill, when we went to turn in the keys at 6:30 we could not find a key box to turn them in so had to slide them under the roll down door.'

'Rooms were clean which is my top priority'

'Susan was wonderful as well as the rest of the staff'

'First - please get rid of the skeletons in the lobby area. It makes customers leary as they first walk in. I do appreciate that the supervisor fixed the room from two singles to one king size bed. It really needs some upgrading in the rooms.'
