« Very clean, staff was helpful and check in was very fast. My only complaint is there were no towels in the pool and, even though the front desk was notified, they never brought any and we were in there for an hour. A clean comfortable breakfast area with a large selection. »

« Overall the stay was good. It is not the nicest hotel by any means, but we do prefer this to the others in Marshall. The only real downfall to our stay was the tub had a huge crack in it and I didn't feel real safe using it. »

« Beautiful vintage apartment, fully stocked and very clean and quiet. The Sleepy Eye Coffee shop next door is a fabulous bonus! They have excellent coffee and food items. Only caution is that the stairs leading up to the apartment are long and steep - could be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Same thing for the tub/shower, as it is difficult to get in and out of if that is something you struggle with. Other than that, this is a perfect place to stay if you are in the Sleepy...
