Kies je hotel in Raleigh County

'The pillows and mattress were competing with each other :: no needs to be softer and the other needs to be more firm. The ‘side’ yard, when you first turn on, is a muddy mess and needs landscaping. Your staff is incredible and so helpful.'

'Clean room, kind and helpful staff. Eggs at buffet breakfast were beyond salty. Amenities were fantastic. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were great. Water pressure in the shower was like a fire hose.'

'Schoon en simpel. Het ontvangst was onvriendelijk erg kort af.'

'The girl at the reception at our arrival was very nice and helped us out greatly. Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes and could use renovation.'

'Poor choices of breakfast'

'This hotel is clean and has a very friendly staff and good breakfast. Karl did a great job of taking care of us at breakfast, he was friendly and helpful.'

'The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Otherwise, it is absolutely awful. The rooms are dirty, the furniture is stained, and the hotel is clearly not maintained. 'The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could use some help. We stayed 3 days and it was the same food every day.'

'Clean, comfy bed, good breakfast'

'Other'

'Renovation still going on in the lobby but the rest of the property was beautiful. Laminate flooring in the rooms is fabulous. So easy to keep clean. Lots of well placed outlets. Both men I encountered at the desk were pleasant and helpful. Location great for visiting New River Gorge NP.'

'Bed was comfortable room was dated. Hallways and carpets very warn. Clean breakfast area, food was good.'

'This hotel could use a complete updating.'

'The bed was good. The room carpet was dirty. The breakfast was average but staff kept the brekfast area very clean. Overall, it was a 2 star motel.'

'Was pleasantly surprised at what I got for the price. Check in was super easy.'

'Poor breakfast. Choices were instant oatmeal and cold cereal. Breakfast items were never restocked the 3 days we were there.'
