« My wife and I needed a weekend away to rest and recharge. We spent a lovely weekend in this cabin. It was clean, accommodating and just what a couple would look for in a time for peace and quiet. Tanya was helpful when I lost the original instructions and responded quickly. The cabin was perfect for both of us to read, cook and enjoy each others company. We will definitely look for this cabin again. Thank you Tanya for being a great host! »

« Loved having the coffee and filters available. Thank you for that important feature. The purple body wash smelled delicious. Foam mattress pads made sleeping quite comfortable. Communication with Robert was ongoing with quick responses. The decor was in keeping with a mountain/bear theme. The location made our treks to hiking trailheads quick and easy. Clear instructions. « What a fun getaway. Gorgeous location and accommodations. Well stocked with spices, coffee, toiletries, games, books, etc. Correspondence and attention to our inquiries was timely. Driveway was steep and a challenge since we were in 1 of the largest vehicles out there, but we managed. Go for it. »

« Great Stay!This was our second trip to Lake Burton and the Burton Lake Escape property. Our first trip was late winter and this time we wanted more time in and on the lake. We got it! The property is located in a wide cove that allows for great kayaking/ canoeing and swimming. We were able to rent a pontoon boat from The Boat Shop and it really enhanced our stay. The property is really well provisioned and the host great to work with. By the way it is dog friendly and our golden retriever...
